About Me

My mission:

I aim to pastor people to seek God and be renewed by the Gospel through passionate, biblical teaching. My desire is to lead with clear communication in order to train others as I earnestly follow Christ. My ministry stays true to the Word of God, so that the Holy Spirit might lead to the renewal of individuals, the community, and the world to God's glory. I seek to lovingly shepherd the flock God places under my care, while equipping them to serve Christ. I received training from the Navigators while in college and will carry on this model of spiritual mentoring to develop Disciples of Christ.

Who I Am:

I was born in Southern California, but grew up in Colorado Springs, Colorado. I received my bachelor's degree in Speech Communication from Colorado State University, and am close to completing my Masters of Divinity in Biblical Studies at Denver Seminary. As a life-long learner, I love reading whatever I can get my hands on--theology, biographies, history, and literature. My favorite of all though is delving into the Bible in order to swim in the depth of God's Word. Spending time with Jesus is amazing!

I am a servant of Christ and husband to an amazing woman. I am currently finishing my Master's of Divinity degree at Denver Seminary, and I hope to serve God's Church as a pastor.
